It is definitely a Coton thing. My Lucy sleeps like this all the time. I think she is dreaming of getting belly rubs which she loves more than anything.

Your Goof Ball is gourgeous by: Cecilia - Brazil
My Tica does the same. The first time she did that,I became very worried. I thought : Oh,God she is not feeling well!!I started to cry and called her. She looked at me and started to run, like saying I'm Ok, I'm OK!!!!
Regards!

goofy cotons by: sherrycottoncandie
Yes, yes this looks just like my Cotton. She lays like this all the time and sure loves those belly rubs. In addition to being in this position she always turns her head to the side (looking all twisted). Her little baby feet kicking and waving around in the air at times.
What a joy these dogs are!

Upside down by: Anne
Della is just like our Molly. Her favorite position is upside down on the sofa stretched out. I know she is hoping someone will come along and scratch her belly. Cotons are awesome. So much personality and sweetness.

Sleeping Upside Down by: Betty
