Kissy......

I rescued Kissy about one and a half years ago. She is an 8 year old now, and just a sweet heart. I have always had good luck with dogs...she is no exception. I love having her around....although, sometimes she is so underfoot that I step on her. We are adjusting.

Cuton du tulear is a wonderful companion. It looks addorable like a polar bear cub and It has long hair not fur so it doesn't shed. Small size, great for small living space although it barks like a big dog. Likes excercising (playing and running, even swimming). Great with children and elderly. I can't say enough of how lucky you areto have such a companion dog.

How cute we r adjusting. What a wonderful thing 2 adopt an older dog and share ur life. She is 1 lucky pup 2 have found a kind soul like u.

So glad you rescued Kissy and sounds like she has really bonded well and is happy. I agree they like to be underfoot, not much gets past their little ears and eyes. It is impossible to try and sneak out of a room but gotta love these dogs.

 Clingy Cotons

We called my old Coton, Gaston, Mr. Underfoot. My new boy, Jacques Cousteau always orients himself to my feet & sits on them. It can be a hassle, because I climb up & down step stools a lot in the kitchen and that can be dangerous. Gaston understood what "out of the kitchen" meant. Cousteau, is still in training...

 Cottons

Cottons are inherently pack (clingy). Moriarty follows me around like a second shadow. Every Cotton I have seen or read about does. All you can do is think about how fortunate you are to have such a loyal canine companion.
