Jumping

My Coton Izzy is finding her legs! I can’t sit in my chair peacefully without her constantly clawing at me and jumping up. I can’t walk without her biting my heels and jumping constantly. I calmly but assertively say down and use my palm for a hand signal but it’s getting worse.
