These comments are wonderful reminders we are a Coton family! I like to see pictures and hear stories to learn how and what other Coton's are doing.
I believe we have a most unique & wonderful breed. I'm coming to believe CoCo isn't a dog, rather an angel reincarnate. He's only 7 months now but it feels like we have been together for eternity! So far I haven't come up with a better explanation as to his high intellegence, tidy habits, pristine demure and nobel nature. He's so happy All the time. I've never had a better friend in real life! He'll listen to all my woes & stories, tilting his head, the Coton "tilt", as though he understands everyword. It's those kisses that re encourage he really does understand me. I thought I was to understand him? It's twisted! He understands like a human, walks & behaves like a Big Boy, plays as a puppy and loves like an angel. Who else would or could crawl like a bunny-rabbit, silently under the duvae covers, to lick your toes gently to wake you for HIS PeePee time?
And I get his thinking: he licks my bare toes & feet to get them moving, to the floor, so I'll 'walk' em to go PeePee outside. Now that's intelligence! What a wonderful sweet way to start my early day.

You can tell by looking at him that CoCo knows he is loved. I think that is wonderful! I have found that my Coton has more confidence and personality than any other dog I have ever had. She is almost two now and totally embedded in my heart. Thanks for sharing!
He's five and a half months old right now and I was told to have him neutered at six months, but the vet who gave him the vaccinations said 6-8 months,
