When do Coton's testicles drop?

I have a Coton his testicles haven't dropped - he is 7 months. He sees the vet regularly they have never mentioned it. His groomer did, what on earth? He sees dr in morning just out of my wits.This was told to me on Friday. He was preparing for dog show anyone help
