Sleeping soundly with his favourite bear

Sleeping soundly with his favourite bear

Hi everyone, thought I'd write with an update on how "slipper stealer Spike" from Edinburgh was doing. He is 7 months now and our absolute pride and joy. He is the most happy little thing and full of fun and mischief. He loves meeting people and dogs and is a complete hit with our customers at our guesthouse in Edinburgh. He will often greet them by running up to them and throwing himself down on his back for a tummy rub. He throws himself into whatever he is doing with all his energy be that running round the garden at maniac speed, galloping through parks or woods to investigate everything or just playing with his mummy or daddy and his toys.

He also does so many things which make us laugh. From digging and hiding to jumping and wrestling, every day brings another pleasure with our wee boy. Here are some pics from the last time I wrote. He looks pretty peaceful when he is sleeping or sleepy. When he's awake though, watch out! He always has a grin on his handsome little face. Our wee boy has the best life and so do we!

Where I got Spike NEW
by: Sandra and Spike

Hi there reader
Thanks for your comments. We bought him of the website "preloved". If you type "Coton for sale" into google the site will come up. His mum and dad actually have a litter up for sale just now. He is a coton crossed with shih tzu and the family is based in Hull, East Yorkshire. The litter for sale just now looks like mainly white and brown but I think I see a black and white one in the pics too. They are £500 each. I would totally recommend one of his brothers or sisters. Although he is not a full coton he is the best natured dog ever. Full of fun, always good natured and a really good sleeper. Even when he was a baby he only got up once per night and he has been sleeping all night since from about 3 months old. Hope that helps.

Coloured Cotons NEW

Your Spike is obviously a bundle of joy and a HUGE character. Lovely to hear how you relish every moment with him. I'm thinking about getting a Coton and love the black and white look. I live in England where they are extremely rare. Could I ask where you got your gorgeous boy?

Love your update on Spike, he is adorable! How lucky we all are to have Cotons in our life. My girl has the same personality and everyday is just plain fun for her, she sure does keep me laughing and looks like Spike does the same for you!
