Rescued Stewie

Sunday morning we got there first to visit at the SPCA with Stewie, the Coton. A military family moved to our area and couldn't have him in their housing so he had to be re-homed. Since we had recently lost our 12 year old Maltese, we were just cruising the SPCA site to see if another special little white dog was available. Love at first sight! He sat on my husband's feet and we said YES to one-year-old Stewie! He may look like a foo-foo dog (and we sometimes refer to him as Sir Stewart of Wake Forest) but he's really quite strong, chews everything he can get his jaws on and loves the outdoors. He has a great little deep-voiced talk that lets us know he needs attention! His photo shows he loves sitting in the sun, and who doesn't? We are thrilled to be his new parents.
