Red bump

I found a red bump on my dogs belly today and he has been scratching for probably about a month or so. What could that possibly be and should we take him to the vet

Definitely see a vet don't let your baby be uncomfortable could be allergies better be safe and see a vet

I think you should take your little one to vet assp. He or she may allergy to something or other issues.
