My 13 year old puppy

Porsche, my sweet little 13 yr. old puppy(i I still think she's young) loves to sleep on the bed with me, but will not go to bed until I'm ready to go, then she is ready to eat (on a cloth at that) now who do you think spoils her. She has recently hurt her back leg, so she is spoiled a little more now, because she can't jump, and has to be picked up to go up or down steps.

The vet has Porsche on Rimadyl, 25mg. But I try not to give her too many. She seems to want to sleep too much, but when she is in pain, I give her half . Of course that is half a pill for her size . She is better now, it has been over 4 weeks. They wanted to do surgery, but, for her age we didn't want to risk it. Hopefully, she will be better in 4 or 5 weeks. Thanks for asking.

I give mine DGP (Dog Gone Pain)for their legs. I have a maltese that has a trick knee - You might want to try that. What does you Vet say?
