It's all about action/reaction NEW

I did the same thing- when my puppy bit I stopped playing with him immediately and he learned quickly. Biting (action) = the play STOPS (reaction). I only had to do this twice for my Coton to get it. My other dog (Maltese) loves to pull when walking and every time she does I make a sound and STOP. We don't start again until she stops pulling and there's slack in the leash. This lesson is working but taking a lot of repetition!

Try for awhile rubbing a little butter on top of your hand u use. They will tend to lick it off & u praise for behavior. They learn they get more w/better behavior. It does not have to b alot of butter or margarine.

I took a puppy class at Petsmart and they are pack animals and their suggestion is to play and let the dog bite you and you holler loud and turn away. Your hurt so by turning away you are backing away from the pack (you and them). They like to be a part of the pack. I did it only once and seemed to work. Good luck!
