Ear standing up

My little Amazing Grace💖

My Coton will be 4 months old this coming Saturday. Her left ear is almost always standing up. I noticed a little bit of her right ear starting to stand this morning. Is this normal for a Coton? I studied the breed and have 100’s of pictures of them that I collected for about 9 years before I was able to get her and never saw this before. The Breeder also hadn’t seen it with any of hers. I’ll always love her but I’d wish her ears didn’t stand.

Hello,

Have you had her checked to be sure there is no medical reason that her ear is standing up? I would want to be sure of that because our beloved Cotons can't tell us when something is hurting or uncomfortable.

My coton's ears do not stand up but Amazing Grace is adorable either way. I am like you. It took me years of studying and searching to find my Saylor Jane. She is nothing like I thought she would be but I wouldn't have her any other way....minus the barking. lol Thanks for sharing your picture!
