Dog running in circles.

Jasmine who is almost 2 years old and still does not go to the door to let me know she has to go out. If I ask her, and I walk to the door, she comes running, in circles. Then she goes outside, pees and then starts circling again. Then she will run in a much larger circle and so fast with those little legs. It is quite amusing. She runs so fast and long until she is just pooped. And she runs in circles in the living room. She seems like she is really happy running so fast. She also tries to herd the cat. Very bossy and very jealous. Does anyone else's dog do this circle running?
