Cushings Disease and Cotons

by Kim

Good morning Coton de Tulear family. My 11 year old coton was diagnosed with early stage of cushings disease...although he shows no symptoms...energy of a pup...great appetite etc.

Anyone with similar experiences...and recommendations?

Thx from Sedona kim n Chewy

Cushings NEW
by: Sharon

HI there. Cushings is hyperadrenocorticism. My last dog had it for several years. It was easily managed by my veterinarian using the medication Trilostane. Your dog should do fine as long as he has the medication and regular check-ups. Best of luck, you will do fine.

Keep the faith
by: Lynda Owen

Tassie got diagnosed at age 7. With daily medication, diet and bottled water she lived to 18 yrs of age. Just keep the faith and love your baby.
You'll do fine.
