Collapsing Coton

My 6 year old has collapsed on a number of times. we have been to some vet hospitals and tested. when he collapses he just lays there for about 1 or so minutes and then slowly gets up and wobbles for about a few minutes . he then seems to be his normal self. if anybody has any knowledge that may help our dog, please let us know.
