Happy birthday, Cher. Sounds like you are a sweetheart. Hope you have the best birthday yet. Our Molly opens presents. The first year we had her (she's adopted and was about 2), she carried gifts by the ribbons (small ones) and she had a thing for the sheep in the nativity. They kept disappearing. I find one and put it back, then it would be gone again. Must be something with Cotons. Such incredible behaviors. We constantly wonder how we lucked out finding such a terrific little dog. Love her more than words can say. I'm sure you feel the same way about your Cher. Happy, Happy Birthday to Cher.

Opening her own gift? How precious! CoCo is 10 months in a few days and he loves loves loves gifts, any gift, wrapped or in a bag from any store. . . They sure seem to know exactly how to participte for each occassion! At Chrismas he had a blast, at gatherings both away from home and at home he performed as a human when it came to his gifts.

It's so cute to hear Cher opens her own gifts too. I thought I may be imagining the gift attention but I see other Coton's are similar. How amazing.
