Anxious and aggressive on walks

My Luna is 3 years old. She gets very anxious when we go on walks and will bark randomly at people, other dogs and sometimes even lunge at them. At home she is playful, happy and so calm. I don’t know why she’s so stressed outside.


She exhibits aggression about 50% of the time when we are out. But when she does like another dog or human, she is the most loving and gentle dog with them.

My dog barks and lunges at other dogs on leash. On occasion with certain dogs, he does not. However when taken to the dog park and off leash he is totally fine except with the dogs on the other side of the fence which he can't get too. With people, he sometimes barks a couple of times or not at all and he pulls me towards them. I think he is just letting them know he is here and wants to see them. He is fine with people once he gets to them. I am not sure if he is aggressive with other dogs because he is on the leash....Theoretically it can be trained out of them, I have not succeeded yet. I am not sure if he sees other dogs on leash as a threat or not. My dog is a somewhat nervous dog and also bossy. Being nervous doesn't help. He seems to be scared of the smallest things like a chip bag or a container etc.
It can't hurt to try a dog collar that has audible noise and a buzzer and possibly shock although the shock doesn't work on mine because his hair is too thick. Proper training is required though.

OH...HES 3 1/2 YEARS OLD.
ANOTHER THOUGH WAS BECAUSE HE ONLY WILL EAT HOME COOKED FOOD...THOUGHT MABEY I WAS NOT GIVING HIM ENOUGH NUTRITION. HE GETS ENOUGH FOOD BUT HE WILL NOT...EAT ANY THING OTHER THAN GROUND CHICKEN AND RICE/STEAK AND RICE/ PORK CHOPS AND RICE...I HAVE TRYED EVERY DOG FOOD JUST ABOUT ON THE MARKET. ALSO BOUGHT FARMERS DOG AND OTHERS...I HUMBALLY NEED HELP!

MINE ALSO GROWELS AND BARKS AT ALMOST EVERY DOG. AT LEAST 9 OF OF 10 DOGS. I STARTED ASKING WHAT DOGS EATING, AND FOUND OUT IT WAS NOT THAT...SO I THINK...AND THEN I STARTED ASKING THE AGE OF THE DOG...SEAMS AS IF THE YOUNGER ONES HE BARKS AT. BUT OFF LEASH HES BETTER WHEN PLAYING BUT STILL CERTIAN DOGS HE DOES THIS STILL WITH AND TRYS TO BARK THEM TO GET THEM TO GO AWAY....HMMMM...
HE IS SO LOVING AT HOME...REALLY WONDER WHY???

My boy does the same thing, he has done since he was a pup. Even in puppy school, he never out grew it. I believe it has to do with him being on a lead. When he is off a lead he plays with any dog big or little. His best friend is a 5 pound chihuahua, His other friends are shelties and Golden’s.
