It really depends on how old your dog is. Puppies will have to go very often (sometimes every 2 hours). Seniors may have to go more frequently also. But I've found that my adult Coton has pretty much the same schedule as my kids and will especially have to eliminate after waking up, after playing hard, and definitely after drinking.

How often do you pee.?? What about at night.? When she or you has to. They can hold for eight hours if need be. Don't sweat it

Our Coton is 18 months and has been pretty regular. She can go about 4 hours before she needs to pee. We traveled 1500 miles this summer in a car and we stopped every 4 hours for her and that was plenty for her.
