How can i teach my coton to pee outside , she is already used to pee on the newspaper?

She knows where to pee when she is at home, but when we go outside, she doesnt want to pee. When we come home she do it.

Does she know the word Pee Pee or Wee Wee and does she associate that with the wee wee pad?

first things first, do you crate her? What we did with ease once Gleason knew the word associated with the pad, we then would take him outside immeidately after taking him out of the crate, then say the word wee wee... he eventually got it. Then as walks became more frequestion, he associated his walks with his business. he is 6 months old and completely house broken, can't even get him to poop in the yard because he wants to walk to do so. Just like his brother Spanky (who as we know did most of the training himself).
