Happy Independence Day to everyone in the USA

I thought I'd send a couple of reminders to help make sure this summer is safe and fun for you and your Cotons.

I love my neighbors. But only 50 weeks out of the year.

July 4th and New Years Eve I find it hard to remember how much I love them. They start their home grown fireworks before the holiday and continue for days afterward, often carrying on into the middle of the night.

If your Coton is anything like Luc, this is a stressful time. Luc's gotten better over the years and I've got tricks to make sure he's as relaxed as possible.

Do you have a plan for this noisy holiday? If not, take a look at some of these tried and true tips to make this week easier for you and your dog.

Even if you're not dealing with fireworks, summertime can be a challenge if you're living in hot climates like here in Florida.

I've started taking Luc out for his walks well before the sun comes up and long after it sets. He seems to be less tolerant of the heat as he gets older. Me too :)

I hope you all are enjoying a wonderful summer. Here are some reminders for keeping cool and having fun.
