Is it okay to bring 2 weeks coton de tulear outside?

My coton de tulear is about 2 weeks ago. I bring her home yesterday. Is it okay to bring her outside?

No. I'm assuming that at 8wks it has not had all puppy shots plus 1st rabies. If other dogs have been around the outside area you do not know if they r up to date on shots because not all people unfortunately protect their dogs. Since disease can be transmitted by where another dog has pee'd etc. It is risky. Pad training or a potty station is not a bad thing to train in the meantime since it will come in handy later on if you travel or stay at hotels/motels.

Now your porch or backyard if enclosed is different because you know pretty much your yard has been taken care off.
