After the storms

This will be a short newsletter this month. It's been a crazy time for me between Hurricane Irma and scheduled travel. I am very grateful to come out of the storm with some minor damage (and a few more gray hairs!). My heart goes out to anyone who was not as fortunate. I know we have many Cotons from the affected areas of Irma and Harvey and my prayers are with you all.

Millions of people have been impacted by these storms and if you are wondering what you can do to help, here are some suggestions.

And never underestimate what your words of love and support can accomplish. I have a friend who lost her home in Houston and tells me that the love and compassion after the storm is like nothing she's ever felt in her life.

Luc and I stayed at a neighbor's house during Irma with 3 dogs and a parrot. As you can see, Luc made it clear to the big dogs that he wasn't intimidated.
