Single pup in litter NEW
by: Anonymous

I purchased a Coton de Tulear in Oct. 2018, who was the only pup in his liter. He was remarkable; an extraordinary dog by any standard. I think being the only one made him more secure, as there was no competition for Mom's milk, or attention. He never barked or got anxious. He was highly trainable, and affectionate. He was brave and often funny. In my book, you'd be lucky to have a singleton!

Singleton coton NEW
by: Anonymous

My Atticus is a singleton. He is quite high strung. He was also very difficult to train. I had a difficult first year with him. He also barks a lot. He is four years old now and weighs 20 pounds. Singletons can be larger. He is not fat, just a bigger coton. I can't imagine life without him. He is so loving and acts as therapy for me since I have problems with depression. Enjoy him...

I'm assuming u mean it was the only pup to mom. That just happens with small dogs. The pup will be just fine
