New Puppy Questions

Getting a new Coton tomorrow. Breeder has 5 children and is not easy to access. I am so lost as to what shampoo to buy, food, type of brush...just the basic Coton puppy care. He is 11 weeks old. I am concerned about socialization but has only has one set of shots. Can we take him to a basketball tournament the day after we get him? Lots of people, kind of loud. Too overwhelming/over stimulating or good for socialization period. Thanks you, so much!
