Hi.. I'm looking to purchase a few quality items (sweaters, coats etc.) on line for my Beauregarde. How can I determine which companies are on the up & up?

I usually get clothes from Nancy's Dog House in Pa, or PETSMART. I don't put clothes on Triscuit very often, but when I do she loves to dress up.
Can't offer any other places....I used to live in Old Lyme, so my best regards to the most beautiful area in Ct. Kathy and Triscuit
