Usually the groomer is great I'll let her know how I like it. No shaving on face just scissor cut. Today she shaved so close to his eyes that the black skin is showing also the bridge of his nose. Also gone are his beautiful eyelashes. What is the protocol

OMG
I am gritting my teeth trying not to write every curse word i know.
Groomers can be a nightmare, weve had our share.
Im no pro, but i am now the only one grooming my dog. Tuffy has been traunatized enough .I will spare you the details.
Dont go back to that groomer, i hope no harm done to your dogs eyes.
Good luck finding a compassionated and accomodating professional groomer.
