Cousteau and his favorite toy

by Kay
(Texas)

My Coton's favorite place to lay is also on top of my sofa! He loves it and can see everything that's going on! He loves to chase his toy and bring it back to the sofa with him.

Couch Toppers
by: Iris Miller

I'm laughing out loud!!! LOL!!! Last night Tuffy fell asleep perched on top of the couch and startled awake caught himself as he started rolling off the edge. He was pretty confused because that has never happened before. I sometimes wonder if the Coton breed was somehow mixed with Cats and Lemurs. Maybe some mad scientist on the island of Madagascar created a super dog, so lovable and talented. Reading all the comments about Coton personality makes me believe they were all cut from the same mold.

I hope some day we can gather together in one place, wouldn't that be something!? Tuffy is definitely most attracted to other dogs that look like him. He was in love with an "older woman" a little white dog who was five years older than him, who frequently visited our neighbor. I think she was a toy poodle mix but looked like a delicate Coton princess. Tuffy was all ga ga over her. I have to find the pictures to post here, we invited her in to play with Tuffy one day, I took a picture of her leaving in the car with Tuffy watching so forlorn. Lovers parting forever, so sad!

Our JR does the same thing - his vantage point is looking out or front or rear windows.

Cousteau
by: Gale

I love it - another couch topper! I guess from the higher vantage point on the couch they get to take in more of their surroundings; they just don't want to miss anything. Love the name Cousteau. Thanks for sharing!
