4 month old female coton seems to losing her hair?

She was super fuzzy when we brought her and her brother home 2 months ago. He is fuzzier than ever but her hair is thin now. Her belly is pink skin with peach fuzzy stuff, Any idea? Just a different coat? She seems healthy and happy. They eat Holistic Select puppy food.

I purchased my Coton in August 2015 when she was 2 months old. About the age of 4 or 5 months old she started to lose her hair on her belly and feet. She ended up with only a little fuzz left with her pink skin showing through. I didn't do anything for awhile waiting to see what would happen. Soon enough her hair started growing back and came in nice and thick. Maybe some Cotons lose their hair?? Anyway, it was a one time thing and her hair is gorgeous now!

I also have a brother & sister (same sire) the male has extremely thick soft cotton coat, harder to brush out & mats more VS female has way thinner (can spot skin through coat) almost silkier texture coat that is easy to brush and less prone to mat, brighter pink belly with super soft peach fuzz. Their coats couldn't be more different! When I purchased my puppies this seemed to be the trend of the Coton coats.
